Whats that difference between ZX2 and tokico preformance...

I was thinking about getting the ZX2's, but what is the difference between them and the Tokico performance struts on Corksport...? Also what kind of modifications would i have to do to the ZX2's to make them fit on my MX3... apparently there are some? I'm putting on H&R lowering spring on too.
