I don't know exactly, but I wouldn't do it, if I were you. I would guess high 15s, to mid 16s. If you don't care what people think, and just want to do it for fun, go for it. There are a few things you can tweak, temporarily, to get better times, like raising the octane, and advancing the timing, just for that night.
There was a discussion about MX-3 vs. MX-6. It may take a little effort, but you should be able to find it in the search.

You'll probably be in the 17s with an automatic. My standard GS did mid 16s with the K8. Of course, the fun in drag racing comes when you are racing people very closely matched to you. Chances are there will be some sunfires or cavaliers.

lol also it all depends on your altitude and type of track

over here at 4000 feet. im in par with the stis.. we both run 15.5 in an all concrete track, non prepped.

no traction at launch LOL our reaction times are usuallt 1sec!

If you do drag it, post your times, and tell Outlaw, in his thread. I'd really like to know what it is.
Check around this forum, and YouTube, for vs. races.

when i went to the track, i went against a Civic , a VW Golf Gti and another Civic ...
the first Civic made 15.05, the Golf made 16.40 but the last civic ... well
He had a Turbo'ed K20 Engine, Full carbon body kit ( hood , front bumper, even the front of the car ... ), gutted and he was racing on slicks ... he made 12.69 ... i almost had him :freak:

what i got a 15.6@87 when i was all OEM BP swap 4cly power standard 5spd drag radials for tires.. not bad for a K8 auto

craziest i won a few rice rockets, GTO with a LS2 on a 75 shot of nitrous, Dodge SRT10, etc etc but i haven't street race in almost a year not worth it for me anymore
