I been searching for the thread that was once titled "Quiet exhaust that will not restrict ZE performance" or a similar title to that and havent been able to find it. I guess since the forums changed a few months back, that thread got deleted. But it had alot of info.


Anyway, whats the longest resonator that can fit in a MX3?
Im going 2.25 inch pipping.

Also, anyone want to give me advice on buying a CAT? Should I go for the longest CAT I can find? Also, what brand would you guys recommend?

I found the thread but it dosent mention what the longest resonator we can possibly fit under a MX3. You guys think a 18 inch resonator will fit?

The resonator I have is about 2.5 to 3 ft. long, but I do not have a cat on it.

This is too simple. Look under car.... Measure longest section w/o bends. Call muffler shop to see what they have that would fit.

I have the longest Flowmaster Hushpower resonator I could find online.

*EDIT* Mine is a 18" as well.

I am currently running a 18" on IIRC, in my previous car I ran a 24" one IIRC. Stop being lazy and get under your awesome car.

I am running a no name brand res, works fine.

i have a 30" glasspack AND a flowmaster cat under there. it can all fit
