I put my original TB back on and got the idle where it originally was. Now the exhaust putters and when I let my foot off the gas it putters almost like a backfire effect but does not backfire. Could this be the TPS? If so, can I adjust the TPS while the car is running? Does the car have to be in diagnostic mode?
