PRC solenoid no.2

i pulled the codes from my car after having to swap in a new wiring harness and im gettin a code 35 3 long flashes and 5 short. it says prc soelenoid no.2. could this cause the car not to start cause i cant get it running? where is it located? whats its function and how could i remedy this problem?

so ive called all the mazda dealerships they dont have a part prc solenoid or valve, they dont know where it is what it is does and cant answer for me. ive searched and the only hits i get is my questions about it? it was a code 35 i was thinkin maybe code 3 and code 5 but there is no code 5. i dont know where to turn

Yes its a code 35, PRC #2

Page F-126 on the online service manual has how to check the PRC solenoids




If you check them and one is indeed faulty let me know and I can see about
shipping one out to you if you cannot locate one at a local wrecker.
