Fuse Panel , Fan Relay, Automatic Seat Belt Motors

How about I kill three birds with one stone?
I have no door to my inner kick panel fuse box, anybody got a picture of one? No such thing that matches my chilton's in my car
need to be able to read it of course, I've got a 92 with a 4cyl in it.
I also need to figure out where the fan relays are, also not in the chilton's (not finding ANY USE FOR IT) manual.
And finally, there's nothing in there at ALL about the automatic seatbelt latches in the doors. I THINK the fuse may have been pulled, but again I can't see what size goes in that missing spot or what it goes to, see problem a
