I have Lexus rear light clusters. Offside constantly has condensation within the "sealed" part. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?

I had the same problem in my aftermarket altezza (lexus) rear lights. My solution was a combination of taking the lights apart, to paint the inside's black, but when i put the lens back on, I added extra silicon all around, and then drilled small holes on the bottom of each cluster. Hope that helps / gives you an idea :D

Drill more ventilation holes - its like opening the windows when the windshield fogs up. More holes will also allow water to drain out easily.

this could be a dumb question, why don't the headlights get full of condensation? Are there ventilation holes?

just trying to learn

Yep there are two (maybe more) big holes on the back of each headlight - there is a rubber tube with a bend on each hole to prevent water from entering easily while allowing water to drain out.
