as some of you know I;m a realtor & i passed my brokers state test.

I;m going to take over my dad's brokerage in august

thank you oregonians LOL. Md not as bad as other places have had only a 5% drop in price on average....

but you got to take the good with the bad
we knew it was coming thats why we been in business for 10 years
