Maybe that's why they got rid of the wagon, to make room for a convertible and it's been a while since they had another 2-door car. It used to be almost all 2-doors; 323, Mx-3, Mx-6, Rx-7, Miata. The only thing Mazda has with those traits is the Miata, it does make sence to bring out a convertible sedan.
I'm not too sure if i like the headlight arrangement on the new 6. I'm curious if they'll make a MazdaSpeed version, but the 6 had it's time, and then some as a MazdaSpeed version. I think it's about time to see a MazdaSpeed Rx-8. They showed a prototype a few years ago, so think it's overdue.
