Big a-- May Meet
7th Annual Car Show/Cookout/Mod Meet. This is the 7th annual Car Show/Cookout/Mod Meet that brought the midwest together on a single day. This year we are trying some new things!

ITINERARY

Friday
9:00pm'ish Meet up in Noblesville, IN for some bowling & good times at Pinheads.
Do general detailing of cars later if you want.

Saturday
12:00pm - Meet up at Forest Park Shelter 1 for some mini golf and general shenanigans!
1:00pm - Start the Grill
4:00pm - Car show
6:00pm - Awards Ceremony
7:30pm - IP evening to the southside.
8:00pm - Arrive in Greenwood for some rice-eating
Mosey on back to sleep at some point.

Sunday
10:00am - Breakfast at Golden Corral or wherever you want to get some grub.
12:00pm - Head up to what Indy's famous for. The Indianapolis 500 Bump Day Qualifications are Sunday, and run 12:00-6:00pm. Also for those wanting a history lesson there is a museum that's pretty cool as well.
6:00pm - Goodbyes and for those who stick around a walk around downtown to check out the new football stadium and all of downtown indy.



Friday-- Everyone who comes early will be doing some harcore bowling and catching up with everyone you haven't seen in awhile or have never met.

Saturday-- Feel free to detail your car, do some simple mods, play frisbee, football, basketball, catch up with old friends, or whatever. It's pretty casual. Late afternoon we fire up the charcoals and have some flaming burger toss-o-fun. Car show will be held and it will give everyone time to really check out other peoples rides. After that, we'll cruise Indy and hit Greenwood. For outsiders, Greenwood is Rice-Central. Street racing mecca. Cops are surprisingly tolerable, so long as you're not stupid. If you want plenty of stoplight action with other imports and hot rods, this is THE place in Indy on a Saturday night. Also if you get hungry Saturday night there are a ton of places in greenwood to grab a quick bite.

Sunday--IndyCars. Live & Up Close!
To better organize it this year we will be taking names & phone numbers of one person per place of lodging. There will be two meeting points, one at breakfast and one at the track. If you miss breakfast call and meet up at the track.

Hey this is coming up soon! Anyone on here planning on attending?

My freinds and i are planning on going. one mx3 and two probes, as far as i know.

If I actually had some form of opperating vehicle, I'd go. But all are broke Oh well, maybe next time.

Sweet! That is awesome. Im the ONLY MX3 owner that has ever attended this show....but I started going after I totalled mine.

Savin, there are more than a couple people coming from the Chitown area....maybe you could ride with someone or get a friend to come & split gas money?!

We'd still love to have you out here! I havent had a MX since '04 I will maybe have my Stratus & my husband will have our Focus. No one is super concerned what you show up in, just that you show up at all!

My wife and I are planning on attending. My transmission just went out in our 92 mx-3 but I'm swapping in '90 protege lx g-series as we speak, and if everything works out and holds up hehe We'll be there, were coming from just south of Cincinnati.

Hope everything goes ok with the swap so you can make it! This is going to be a pretty big meet this year so Im really excited to see everyone!

two mx3's are the most i have seen at any show, and one of them was mine so its looking to be a good turn out for the mx3's. any one there going to have a v6 besides me

Never been to Carlisle eh? Once upon a time ago there were TONS of MX3's that showed up for meets. Mine was more show than go, I just had a 4 banger.

a couple of extra distributors, tools, jack, and a spare i am ready to roll for tomarow. i am hoping to see another mx3 or two down there. my freinds and i are bringig some parts for the v6's and some custom aluminium pieces for the probes and mx-6's. if i knew there where going to be any other mx3s down there i wouild bring mx3 parts

I have to work saturday and sunday Maybe next time. I was hoping to go, but oh well...

It was nice seeing an MX3 out there....but whyd you guys take off so early!? You missed all the fun stuff.

*sigh* not that i have my mx-3 running yet but why do i keep missing these things... next year i will be doing a lot of traveling to show off my AWD mx-3 can't wait to meet more of you people
