Ok, So i own a Red 96 Mx3 GS with wraparound spoiler and front lip...

my paint is s---. and i have a rust spot to fix. so im going to paint it...
i also hate owning a red car. really do get pulled over more for no reason. Ontario cops suck..
so question is do i go all black?
Or White with blacked out windows and tails, I have Black Rota SlipStreams and black front lip..
i want a simple and clean look.
also if i can find the rain guards for the windows i will...
I will also no longer have ac come sumer time (KLZE SWAP)
so black may not be the best?...

and im going to try for a really bright white or a pearl like the new Mazdas...


anyways open to any opinions..

I just went to the paint store the other day and i seen alot of awsome colors.
I'll give you acouple idea's and maybe you might like them.
There is one color that really cought my eye. It's called Amber Exstacy. It's a yellowish/orangish matallic color. Awsome look. That color will be pretty bright. Also, If you want something darker, Charcoal black is an alltime awsome color. To me, it just looks awsome on any car. Maybe even, you might can mix it up... paint it white with a blue pearl. Or black with a blue pearl... so many choice dude.

True, But im tring to keep it really simple. might be just a enamel job but... i do kinda like idea of the Charcoal black.. yet still want it very simple... like the black and white idea...

Just black it all out then. Ya got black rims, you said.. right?
black paint job, black rims, black windows.. for the first time in your life, you will be all black. weird huh? lol

I say bright black or the shiniest silver you can get.

Well, I like white becuase it hides flaws the best. and It doesn't look dirty for the longest.

But that is just me

White or silver man, silver hides scratches and makes the car look newer

Main reason i considered white..

however, i feel that silver hides the body lines too much..

definitly go black,it hard colour to get painted real good but it pay's for itself when you go to the dark side haha lol!

I love the OEM gunmetal color on the mx-3 it's like a light gray and it looks sick!

if you want a sexy color, you can't go wrong with midnight purple metallic. i'm gonna paint mine that when i do get that far along.

I love black mx-3's. I have had two of them. but you really have to keep up on the body. keep the wax up and buff the s*** out of it to keep it looking great..

I think for these cars white would look good. Generally I dislike colours like white and silver but on these cars white suits it.

white yeah

im pretty convinced on white, the white with everything blacked out should look sick..
