I changed the sparkplugs last night and in the process i noticed that the rubber part that connects to the actual plug is melted onto the cylinder? i cant get the plug out, what can i do?

sorry i didnt specify, it is one of the back cylinders. the ones with the long boots, are the NGK wires stock to the mx-3's?

ya, the same happened to me... so far, i have left it in, and pushed the wire back in, until I got it into the grommet thing again.

I think I should address this sometime soon though:)

someone said to try to push the wire thingy in and out until it comes out, but it didn't work for me.

who knows, mabey try long needle nose pliers.

Man the same thing happened to me! Man it's the biggest pain in the a--. I was like "Man...how am i supposed to change the damn plugs?! I tried everything, and this finaly worked.

Go buy a pair of the longest needle nose plyers, if you want i can go messure mine. .But longer the better, just as long as you don't hit your hood. They have to be super slender to..

Just stick it in, and open the plyers are far as you can, push down hard and squeeze, I had some good luck and got 3 of them out in less than 10 minutes!

When we changed mine..the little rubber part got stuck in there, what we did is got a metal coat hanger, and cut off the parts that aren't the hook (The part that doesn't hang in the closet) and we bent a small little hook on one end, stuck it in there and pulled it out.

FYI.. NGK's come as stock plug wires.

Same happened here, i used long needle nose pliers and a metal hangar and it did the trick. Also try putting oil in to make it easy to move.
