Lets see everyones daily drivers or beaters or winter or otherwise other vehicles (not sure if a topic like this is out there, if so meh ) The it will be a topic about my other rides
My daily driver / winter / beater is a 1995 Subaru Impreza L AWD
...It is super slow, multi-colored, 5spd, and AWD. Fun car for what its worth...4 doors and trunk is nice to haul the tool boxes, random car parts etc..
Mods: ebay altezza tails (cheap), apexi N1 muffler (free) apexi dual fannel intake filter (free) Junkyard additions: 15inch subaru alloy wheels painted gold, newer stock grill, stock fog lights, rear bumper, driver side door. Jspec wrx hood, panasonic cd player, sony xplod 6.5's all around.
--------------------
Besides the MX-3, my other project is a 1983 RX-7 limited edition.
These first 4 pics are the day I got the car:
Needless to say, it was in pretty rough shape ...But this car gets worked on slowly to be brought back to its former glory It has 63,xxx original miles on the motor/body. It is a carbed 12a (rotary), 5spd with 14inch wheels, should be silver in color, with a maroon interior.
AS of now pics:
(excuse the mess / dust)
Although dusty/dirty in these pics, me and my brother have taken care of the body work (dings, dents, rust) and painted flat black (for now). The interior was stripped, and redone in all black. We are modding a stock hood to have a fc3s turbo II hood scoop. That will be the only exterior mod, besides maybe wheels. Original plan was to rebuild the 12a with a p-port and big carb etc... But i had a deal pop up that I could not refuse
13b RE motor, half-bridged, super black apex seals, T70 turbo, full microtech standalone ecu, intercooler/pipes, bov, wastegate, and any trans / rear end I need to do the swap It put out 275 all wheel hp in a race truck, will be good for a reliable (as far as rx-7's and rotary engines go ) 300rwhp.
And before i go (this post is really long!) here is a photo for the fellow rotor-heads:
The MX-3 is the major 08 project, and the RX-7 will probably not be until 09.
