'04 VW Jetta?

so my friend just got an '04 VW Jetta
anyone know anything about these cars, and what performance stuff you can do to them. I heard there is a turbo jetta, so idk if his can be turboed (his is not a turbo, and if i'm correct is a 4cyl).
if i'm correct, it's a GLS
I know it has a shitload of features (airbags in the seats
)
it seems like a very sweet car, but I think ill be sticking to the MX hehe
