hold on now... dont celebrate too early now... i thought i'd finish in about 2 days.... uh huh... yeah right .... 6 days later.... just make sure you are well aware of the issues you will run in to.... the manifold being stupid by not fitting right ... having to smash it so it clears the tranny.... the crossmember not fitting right.... the down pipe not even close to what we need ... inter cooler piping.... im saying man.... if you got this far on your mx... then you should know something stupid will always end up happening...

anyway, I know this project will take a while to put together, but I am dedicated.
also, I am an automotive machinist by trade, and I think I may have better luck than most becausae Of my tool selection, and experience with metal ;) (Humble I am not I guess :( )
who knows, I am sure that I am opening up a bag of worms with this!

ok on nthe ebay turbo thats fine but make sure you change the oil seals.
I just compared the new 360 degree seal to the stock one..
the stock one all it is is a copper ring. The new one is different, more dark colored and stronger. you cant bend it like the ebay one.
I bought the oil seal here
http://www.saabperformanceparts.com/
and locally the cold side seal.
Balance the turbo, its only a few dollars at any perf shop. All you need is the shaft , collar ring and thats it. For bearings you can replace them for CHEAP . The ebay ones are COPPER.. not bronze.. you can get them for like 25- 45 dllrs depending where you get them.
Also if it does start to leak. Use 10w40 (thats what solved my smoking problem, hence seals)
hmm what else am i missing.. oh and i tried boosting without the wideband and with stock inj.
Its just isnt possible. Sure you will be very rich at idle but at high rpms and no wideband.. you are going blind.
When i had this set up my wideband was reading 14! at boost and was going towards 14.7 at around 5k rpms.. BOOM
even if you have an fmu and stock inj with fuel regulator.. its not safe even at 5 psi.
People will try to contradict me.. but hey its not me telling me this.. its the wideband..

no worries, I have a wideband, an fmu, and millenia s(in shippment) injectors.
I also will have a MSnS next month. I think that I will be set for 7 psi, no prob.
