These track day's have been around for a year or two, but the 15minutes open track, and the clocked free pulls are a first

yesterday i ran a Dyno-test on my car ...
From 114bhp i went up to 136bhp ...
from 133nm i went up to 160nm

I am looking to beat the 16.6 time that ElectricEnergy put up

i got fooled :(
I went to the Estoril track in order to get my K8 tested ... instead they only made timed drag's when the car was in the drag championship :(

But the next one ill try my car on the championship, its cheap ...

I will still hope to beat the 16.6 time posted before :D

ps: since this was not in the street, it is not street racing ...
As you can see, it was in the parking lot of the Estoril Track, and they even placed a christmas tree light fot the free drag :D

i got pulled by one of the strippers to do a lapdance ...
My gf was not very happy with this :(
But it is very weird to have a stripshow in front of 250 people ... i mean, she had a nice body ( i have the movie ) but i couldnt think anything dirty, i was like a kid at christmas :oops:

ok, since the last dragracingshow was a mess , i only made unofficial drag's on the parking lot
Soon it will begin the 2008 Drag Racing Championship , and i will make a pull on the first contest ( 27 / 01 / 08 ) so i can find out what time does my K8 can achieve

can you guys give me some ideas on the weight lowering ?
Im gonna take off my parcel shelf, my spare wheel, car lifter, babychair , clean up my trunk and my glove compartment
im not gonna take out the back seats or the front seat, because ill take people on the car to the Estoril

And the take off ? Remember i have a slipping clutch ... maybe 2,500 rpm ? what do you guys teach me ?

teach urself.. no one can tell u whats best every cars different.. and why u gunna race on a slipping clutch?

The only thing I can recommend is be smooth with your driving. Don't jerk and force the shifter, don't slam the gas, don't drop the clutch. Feather everything in and out.
