please help az-3 1.5 part needed

hi, i really need the coolant sensor thats nearest the front of the car it only has 1 wire coming out of it think its for the fan is this right? because mine is snapped off and the fan doesnt come on doh! im in the uk and cant find the part anywhere any help please?
