It depends on the country you are in and the year. All the base 4cyl. (RS) have a 20mm rear bar all the North Amer. GS had a 20mm until 1996 were it became a 22mm like most of the rest of the world until 1998

Are there any other cars that have 22mm (or bigger) rear sway bar that would fit?

Yes a '96 MX-3 GS or any V-6 presso or AZ-3. At one time a friends spring mfgr company in Calgary, AB would make 22mm, 23mm or 24mm rear bars really cheap but with the boom in the oil industry they don't have time to waste on automotive products anymore.
