I don't know. If yours is lighter, then no point, really.

The one on the ze is a FLEX plate.. automatic.. flywheel is forstandard.. you cant compare fidanza to stock.. it rocks to much.(fidanza)

I doubt that your ZE flywheel is lighter. The lightest stock flywheel is from the Mx-3 and it weights 16.5lbs, the stock Probe/Mx-6 flywheel is around 22-24lbs, which is probably the one that comes on an MTX ZE. If you got a curved-neck ZE, those come in automatic only, and as hgallegos915 described, that would be the auto flexplate, not a flywheel.

A fidenza is 9lbs, and if the lightest we can get for our V6's.

Theres no comparison between the two. The only thing the k8 flywheel holds is that its cheap. But aside from that Fidanza FTW

Hehe, even then, Mx-3 flywheels shaved down to 11-12lbs are known for breaking...

because your not supposed to shave that much of a flywheel. You can shave about 0.005 to clean it up so it will mate with a new cluch nicely. but removing half an inch from the back to make it lighter is stupid. Then its unbalanced and can cause issues. I've seen unbalanced flywheels in Mustangs and its not nice believe me. It can cause deaths.
