trying to find a shop to tune ms

im trying to find a shop that will tune ms within 4 hours of ottawa ontario.
ive tryed tapp and its a no go im not sure about kvr
if you know of any place please post .
is there anyone else looking for a tuner in the area if so would you consider spilting the cost of fly some one in that tunes ms ,if so post your name thank you for any help
