The goal is to make the car ready for autoX. Allthough a bit more horsepower would be nice, for the moment I'm mostly focussing on the suspension.

What is done so far:
-AST height and stiffnes adjustable shocks all around
-Rear V6 crossmember
-Adjustable front and rear strutbars
-16"Rota Slipstreams
-Dunlop SP Sportmaxx rubber
-lightweight lugnuts

The brakes and drivetrain had their share of upgrades as well.

Priority for the moment:
-Mazdaspeed strutmounts (have those)
-SRD front suspension bushings ("")
-16mm spacers front ("")
-25mm spacers rear (ordered)
-placing the battery to the rear and upgrading to a red top gell battery (wiring and stuff has been ordered, battery not yet)
-camber adjusting bolts (not yet ordered)
-Front V6 crossmembers (looking hard for this one for a long time now, but still no luck)

Once all on the car it'll be alligned again. Other stuff on the wishlist:
-Alu tubing for the green airfilter
-Bronze oil shifter bushings
-SRD engine mounts

Non performance related stuff that will happen within the next few months:
-Installing the vertical door kit from Evilyeti (have that)
-Replacing the carcept sideskirts with a ATH-Hinsberger set (ordered)
-new window visors, the fake ones from clim air, sadly no other choice (ordered)
-real CF sidemirrors (ordered)
-Re-spraying the wipercowl, rear bumper and front wipers
<- after this, the exterior is done.

I will update soon with pics and extra info.

@solo_ryder: thx, appreciate that!

A quick updat to what I've bee up to.
Evil yeti's vertical door set. A lot of work, but I'm getting there. The most work is go get the doors to line out correctly again.
First removed the carcept sideskirts:

Removed the fender:

Removed the original hinges:

After this you need to flatten the inner fender as much as possible, to make the new hinges fit properly (not yet fully done here). Best way is to cut the welds off for a big part, then flatten them with a hammer.Didn't like doing this, but seems the only way to do it.:

Installed the hinge:

Installed the shock:

Today I also went to pick up my new sideskirts. They're from ATH-Hinsberger. Fitment is perfect!! Very good quality material as well.

The vetical doors are on a hold for a while.
Camberbolts have been ordered and I got in the 25mm spacer and installed them:

And relocated the battery to the trunk (will be replaced with a gell battery soon):
