Idle adjust without jumper wire
I had wire between TEN and GND in diagnostic box and when I pulled it it went back to previous setting. I tired pulling the wire while the engine is running and when the engine is off. So I just adjusted it without the jumper wire and it stayed on. Weird ![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

The whole diagnostics thing for adjusting idle doesn't work. Just adjust it when it's fully warmed up running normally and you're good to go. All diagnostics does is turn off the IAC, but our throttle bodies are so old, the IAC's really don't fully turn off when warm. So you need to adjust it running normally.
