Need Interior painting/detailing help

Does anyone know of a good site with suggestions on paint and different procedures for painting interior pieces. Or can anyone give me some tips. Also, does anyone know of any good sites for redoing the seat covers. The mx-3 seat covers with the teal on them are ugly! I'd appreciate any help i can get. Thanks!
