Hey, a buddy of mine is selling his Earthquake subs for $200. They're two 10" subs, with a 700watt amp hooked up and a capacitor. Anyone know anything about this brand? Thanks

Earthquake has been around for about 15 years. They used to be a very high end brand for SPL competitors. The stuff nowadays isn't quite as beefy as it used to be in the 90's, but it's still 100% better than any low-end brand stuff you'll find.

My Earthquake Magma is definetly a quality sub. The new stuff, I don't know about. But they sure look nice.

I use two earthquake DB-12 12" subs 1000w max each 400w min each. I currently drive a Dodge Intrepid meaning I have a trunk instead of a hatch big difference in spl. I run a single Earthquake TNT 1000w/2 channel amp. That's 500w to each sub and I'm hitting right around 127db on normal music.
