Clutch Goes Right To The Floor, Won't Disengage

I've been told that's the slave cylinder, that's correct, right? Anything else that it could be? Was on my way back to Canada from Virginia and it decided to go in traffic in Washington (Fortunately only that far)

Could be the slave cylinder or the clutch master cylinder (on the firewall). but the slave cylinder is the most likely culprit.

look for a wet transmission support... right around the slave...
Also if the slave's piston boot is wet looking it's probably leaking..Same on the master...

I noticed a non-oil,gas,antifreeze spot on my driveway...Mine pissed the resivior empty in 5 days...went through a bottle of fluid before I got tired of that shiot and replaced it... like 50bux CAD or less @ carquest..

I had this problem, and it turned out to be the rubber hose (the same you can swap with the ss one from Corksport), that sits beneath the battery tray.

just check your entire hydraulic clutch line from where it connects to the resevoir > master cylinder > rubber/ SS clutch line> connects to the metal flange > but most likely your slave is going out.

don't forget to bleed it once you are done!!

My slave went out every six months for a while and then I realized it was the master cylinder in the end...

How's that possible? Was the master killing the slave?

Just got a call back, it's not the slave cylinder, but some hose colapsed, which is apparently special order and can't get it until after the long weekend. When i go talk to them, i'll see exactly which one, but i'm wondering is that's the line that you replace with the SS one from Corksport?

Has to be. The remaining lines are all metal tubing.. dont see how they could collapse on their own. :)
