I am searching for front swaybar endlinks.

Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket endlinks available?

I was thinking about a heimjoint endlink set-up.

Anyone done anything similar?

Won't the Probe Endlinks interchange? If so you have several options available.

Perry I may have some old R&D study drawing you will be intrested in from when we were looking and manufacturing rod-end end-link back in 1998/1999 but decided that there was enough of a market to go ahead with it. Send me a message on facebook to remind me and I'll try to remember to convert the CAD drawing to a fomat that you and easily display and email them to you. If this is where you are looking I'll have to locate the bill of material to make them.

You most certainly can do that, but getting the right sizes, quality, bushings/spacers and all that might be a trick. The best duty models are pretty pricey so that buying the wrong ones is going to stink. We, Perry and I, were hoping thatperhaps someone could lead us along the right path. Hopefully Vaughn can find that bill of material so that we have something to start with.

Keep us posted on what brand/part numbers you decide are the most economic/highest quality so that those that are interested may build their own.
