My coasting seems very weird, i give it gas and its at rpm's like its at 3500-4000 and as soon as i let go off the gas it drops around 1000 and a little lower, is this normal, i feel it lose all this power when i let it go and then it doesnt coasting? how about youguys

are your breaks dragging?

i think ur referring to overdrive.

I just had my brakes changed today, and its still doing it, i dont know if it still draging but i would guess not becuse they were just changed

did the i guess anti-coasting occur when your breaks were changed or did it do it before the breaks were changed?

do you thinks the overdrive botton is on you mean, beacue i bought the car a mounth ago, its always been doing it but the overdrive button is broken off, right next to the shifter, could it be on and doing this you think???

well if the button broke off while the overdrive was on then its on. try seeing if u can click the button off.

im not that familiar with the overdrive though, i just got my mx-3 like a month ago and i havent used the overdrive yet

Ok i went to take a picture but my batt died so its charguing i willtry again in 10 min, but it seemed like it was swicthed up so i swicthed it towards the back off the car, i got acited because it looked like it was on and i turned it off i drove it around the block and same thing as befor, but i dont know if i turned it off or on, it seemed like i tured it off because i pused it back but i dunno

Another thing in consideration, when i hit my brake to bring it out off park and in to Drive I hear i click noise from around the shifter, and i was was taking these pictures i noticed that it is the overdrivr clicking , jumping up and down in there when i brake,,,, any clue hope the pics help

when i get home tonigh, ill have a look at my overdrive button and see which was is on and which way is off.
