Kf-ze turbo MegaSquirt config

I was trying to figure out what king of tach pick up have kf-ze engine and what will work with the megasquirt
Are these the correct diagrams for kf-ze egnine?

I see only a crank sensor here. Is there a second pickup? A crank pickup is not enough for the MS in distributor mode.

Do you think the KF engine is close to the 1990-1997 miata install as seen on DIY autotunes site?

I cannot say for sure, but I would start with a KL install wiring and go from there. As far as I know you have to have the proper 60 tooth minus two for the MS to read properly so that our stock crank signal will not work. You would need to buy and install the 60 -2 gear. There is a cam signal on the disty if you can find a way to make that work.

v6 vs 4cyl i would say probably not the same

There's an MX3 V6 MS wiring diagram floating out there somewhere. It's real close to the 93-94 Probe wiring for MS.

The install should be exactly as in a k8, KL or KL-ZE
