HUGE Negative for Gottagofaster!

This guy, Kurt, has drug our transaction on now for about 2 months. I paid him $180 through paypal for some parts and he seemed like he was just busy and hasn't had time to get to sending me the parts. Before the alotted 45 day period that paypal allows for a dispute he would communicate often. Since then I've not heard a word. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY! Also aware of the 45 day period that you can file a claim with paypal. Hopefully this guy comes through but at least I'll help the next guy.

Had a similar experience. Paid him $140 through Paypal about 2-3 months ago and have not received anything.

before you do an online transaction, you should get to know the seller a bit.
MSN/E-Mail, E-bay rating, etc..
get pictures(actual pictures of the product)
tracking #'s for shipping
This happend to me once when I first joined ebay, but didnt know how to go about filing the complaint. but one thing im thankful for; I didn't spend a lot of money on the product.
