turbo set up

Hey guys, I've been visiting the site very often for several years now. This is my first post, please take it easy on me.

I've done my searches and plenty of reading on many of the forums. My questions is as follows:

I've placed my order for my turbo today and am wondering, being that I'm running an OBD2. would a RRFPR support a low boost aplication.. until AEM comes out with their F/IC? (for OBD2) I will be running a Mitsu big 16G.

I'll be honest, I don't believe I have the skills to do a MS or Haltek stand alone system.
