The guy made it as close as he could to the valve cover.

selling it to me around 500. The bearing can handle high rpms i think 17k.. i forgot but hes making it so that it can easily be replaced. I told him about our concerns that the shafts are not properly made and will dail but he is working hard on that issue. It seems like a good shaft. What do you guys think?

any input?
Now the turbo kit well pipes are 300 from OBX and will be rolling out in 2 weeks. The turbo kit including the blower t3/t4 trim package (intercooler blow off valve , turbo) costs around 800. We only want 4 psi.. of course many parts missing.

what do you guys suggest?

LOL, maybe u should feel 4-6 psi on a KL mtor and u will not be saying thats pansy.

My car on 6-8 psi was all over the road rediculously, def too much for me to be driving on a daily basis.

It should fit, and if it doesn't just buy some front mount pusher fans like the guys in the turbo GB are having to use (bless them for their crappy deal). Also, working on the shaft not lasting and it acutally lasting are two totally seperate things. I think that I would find somone willing to warranty the shaft before I spent that much on one.

he warrants them for 1 year, but im in between getting supercharged or going turbo :S i dont know what to do yet. Then my friend rudy says we can bluild a turbo kit for less than 2000 but if its gonna be 1700 might as well get this one.

So he wil be selling these kits for 500 reguarly ?
Or just this particular one .. For 500 for a S/C kit , the quality has to be questionable ?
Are the bearings in a oil bath or are they sealed ?
Looks kind of big for the mx bay but you never know ..
