Don't look for info in regards to the '95 RS, look for info in relation to the B6 DOHC 1.6 and swapping to a BP/BPT swap. 92-93 has the 88hp SOHC, 94+ have the 105hp DOHC. However, the 92-93 SOHC have the benefit of having a wiring harness that, for what i've read, plug-n-play with the BP's. the DOHC harness requires splicing, or you swap to a SOHC/BP harness. As for fitament, it physically fits in like stock, the complexity is the wiring harness.

The reason why you can't find any specifics to a 95 cause there is no diff (that i'm aware of) between the RS from 94 to end-of-production. They all use the DOHC in those years.

the answer is yes. and if you go BP ECU you have todo some wiring changes... but if you get a Full harness you should be good
