Next Upgrade

Hey guys, love the forum, never post.

I am wondering what the next upgrade should be to my mx-3.

I've replaced my K8, with a ze, still trouble shooting it, but I'll be done soon.

Thats pretty much it. I don't really know what performance/suspension upgrade should be next. I've replaced my rear struts with brand new KYBs. Sits a bit lower now in the rear.

I'm not a drag racing guy, just enjoy spirited drives in the country side. Any thoughts? Perhaps moving on with suspension is the way to go...
Cheers,
jz

youll get alot of different opinions on this topic. I personaly use H&R Springs on Koini inserts. The strut inserts have an adjustable stiffness thing wich is pretty cool but you have to take them off the car to adjust them. Its a good rid though. Stiff but good.

If you've done the motor then the suspension is a good idea. As far as what is out there (and not too expensive) I like the Ford Racing Escort GT struts and ground controll coilovers. Strut bars are the best idea to start with tough, if you don't have them already. Replacing the worn stock suspension bushings is the second thing I'd do. Sway bar links, ball joints, strut mounts all are probably worn out and new ones will really help make the car more predictable.

when it comes to suspension there are plenty of options it all depends on what you prefer and how much you're willing to pay. i have a ze in my car too after fixing my suspension i will be getting headers, i heard you can get real gains from them. i would look for the best performance to cost ratio. and the headers definitely fall into that category.
