My door panels are black vinyl with a dark blue fabric in it. The fabric is terribly faded and worn down. I was thinking of doing a quick fix to it by using Tintex coloring on it. The way i see it, is i would have to remove my door panel and just color it inside. My question is, has anyone ever tried this and does it work well? If not does anyone know of another quick fix coloring for the fabric on my door panels?

if you do it right the first time, you wont have to worry about it again. do inserts. buy some fabric and redo it, it wont cost much of anything.

Sorry but we did know it from the first time. We asked him about what he did for a quick shortcut for the time being. I know I plan on changing the inserts down the road, and I`m sure the other guy does too.

I'd change the colour of the inserts. The only thing is I'd like to maintain the colour scheme so I'd have to change the fabric all the way around. And I'm not really interested in that much work. If I can get a fabric paint and paint my back seat and all around, that'd be awesome.

Thanks for the link Monty. =)
