Radiators...again!

I'm planning on getting a rad sent over from the USA to replace the piece of rust that now sits in the front of my car.
Will this fit? Are the rads in the US the same as over here or will it need adjustments?
The reason i'm shipping one is they're about $500 over here, and $400 to recondition my current one!
I'm pretty sure I've asked this before, so apologies if this IS a repeat, but I've spent most of the past three months in hospital - go me! - so am only just getting things back together.
