In rush I reversed the jumper cables while trying to jump my 93 mx-3 1.6. The car doesnt appear to have a fusible link wire coming from the battery and Ive checked all obvious fuses, DOes anyone know what would trip first on these cars?

thanks
Nick

you should be able to see if it is blown!! Look on the top off it there should a solide peice of metal inside the case if it looks like it is broke then the fuse is blown!!

Yeah thanks, I said I already checked all the visible fuses, I was wondering about relays , are there any fuses located outside of the two main fuse boxes?

I accidently shorted my Mx3 out with the jumper cables once. The main fuse blown first. You have to unscrew two bolts to get that fuse out.
