Member search function (We need one)

We need a better way to search for people in are area. In the Memberlist it is next to impossible to find someone in your area unless you want to sit there and click page by page and look threw it. I think this is a key function thats missing from this aready EXCELLENT website. To keep this movement alive we need the support from others like are selves. EVERYONE needs to take their part and lets get this changed.
