BP-T ISSUE

I have a mx-3 1.6 Dohc and I purchased a JDM BG GT-X (70.000km) in order to transfer everything (apart from the differentials). I also purchased the transmission and the locked differential from a FWD BP 323f.
Now I have two matters to solve:
1)The specific GT-X did not have an A/C. I know that some of them had. The ECU is the BP26. How can I fit my A/C to cooperate with my new setup? Is it supported?
2)My tacho is not mechanical. Has anybody any idea on how will I get it to work?
