The stuff behind the dash on the pasenger side is that all A/c related or is that for you heater also... i won't be putting A/c in the car when i put the new engine in so if i don't need that stuff i'd like to remove it

no the only heater part is in the centre behind the radio the box in the middle is the evaporator housing for the ac and the last box contains the blower motor. if you remove the ac box you will have no blower. you could install an empty ac box and shave 4-5lbs from the car. but there are a lot easyer ways to loose weight.
like swaping the seat belts to manual from a mx6 or a 94 n up mx3. 50lbs can be removed if you remove all the parts.
or power door motors. lexan the hatch. remove all rear seat seatbelts n hardware. sun roof mechanism. hatch struts.

seat belts are gone already and i'll be installing 3, 4, or 5 point harness, the rear seats are gone, the well for the spare tire is gone, switched from power locks/windows to manual, no seatbelt hardware in rear at all, all plastic trim from the end of the front doors back either, would love a lexan hatch there is someone in my area that makes them so i plan on getting a price quote from them, i want to keep the sunroof mechanism though, always wanted one so when this car gets up and running i'd like that part to work... would a glass sunroof save anyweight?

If you remove the evaporator housing or blower box, just replace it with a part from the same location from a mx3 without a/c and the plastic tubing.

I installed a/c in mine that came without it. So the parts are the same size and hookup, just one has no a/c parts in it.

I put a/c from a 94? GS(newer dash) into a 92 GS(older dash).
