Size? Height? Offset? What is a good size tire on a stock or what do you suggest?

A good size for the GS is 205/55/15, a RS is like 195/60/15 I believe. Those two sizes are fine for a mx3. As for offset, +40, +42 and +44 are fine. If you are getting rims then go for 16's or 17's.

Do 195/60/15 actually fit? Here are the stats:

Stock Tire - 185/65R14
Speedometer Difference: -
Diameter Difference: -

Tire 1 - 205/55R15
Speedometer Difference: 1.755% too slow
Diameter Difference: 1.72%

Tire 2 - 195/60R15
Speedometer Difference: 3.201% too slow
Diameter Difference: 3.1%

Why wouldnt they fit? There only like a 1/8 of a inch larger. mx3's have like a 6 inch wheel gap. I had that size on my lowered mx.

60, 55 for sidewall?????

YUCK. you don't deserve rims!

(it's all about 40 sidewalls)
(sidewall size is the middle number of the three in tire codes. 45 or forty, don't be dorky)

What are you talking about man? I was talking about stock 15's, don't tell me you are running 40 or 45 series on your 15's lol. If you ran 16's or 17's then go ahead and get your pinner sidewall tires. BTW, Who doesn't deserve rims?

I may get a set of 17's. Do you think I'll need to lower it with 17's on there? It seems like those might barely fit.

They will fit fine man, I suggest you lower it as there is going to be a massive wheel gap there. Think about this, If you are getting a bigger rim, you are basically sacrificing your tire size at the same time, so in reality a 17" rim with tires will not be much (if at all, depending on your tire size) that much bigger then what you have now.

As for tires, try running a 205/45/17 or a 215/40/17, those are good sizes.
