Noise coming from my front right tire??

Just about a week ago I went to make a left hand turn and when I did I heard a clicking noise coming from my from right tire? It sounds like something could be hitting my tire, but when I take the turn slow without gasing it the noise isnt really noticeable? I put on my dumby tire just to see if it was my tire but it still made the same noise? Could my CVC joint be cracked or broken?

It is most likely your axle. When it is going it usually makes a crunching noise when turning sharply. It usually will only do it when turning one direction(sometimes both left and right though). You can also jack up the problem side and grab the wheel at the sides then top and bottom to check for loose tie rod or ball joint(probably not the cause). Also the axle may last a while even after it starts making noises.
