that is a sick car. i got another nice electric.

The tZero made by AC Propulsion

Motor:

200 HP AC Propulsion premium copper-rotor AC induction motor. 110 lb, air cooled. 183 ft-lb torque from 0 to 5000 rpm, 200 HP from 6,000 to 10,000 rpm
0-60 In 4.1 Seconds
13.2 1/4 Mile
The driving range will vary by about a factor of two, depending on how you drive. With very careful driving, up to 100 miles is possible. Making frequent use of the performance capability of the car can drop the range to 50 miles. The range at a steady 60 mph is 100 miles.

Pack life is on the order of two to three years, or 15,000 to 20,000 miles. At current prices, a set of new batteries costs about $3,000 from Optima.
A interesting note is that they have made a lithium ion powered version of this car. It acheaved a range of over 700 miles.

here are a few links to quicktime video's of the tZero

the atom is a sick car to start with its soo light weight and a 2 9" motors will sure whip that thing around

500HP and 400 lb/f torque. with a perfectly flat torque curve (more like a line)

im planing on building a electric car as my grade 12 auto class project. I love all the ideas so far.
