Im pretty sure with dialup even if they made one your connection would be sllooowwwwww. Did a quick look at best buy and didnt see one.

You can use one on dialup, just use a router and Internet connection sharing.. but your internet would slow to a crawl if you did this. Kinda pointless.

Back in the day when I had dial-up I just had a computer that connected to the ISP and then shared the internet connection so that other network users could use it. It was kinda funny because I could do it with the free banner ad dial-up and the other computers using it wouldn't have the banner ad

. Anyway, broadband pawns dial-up...lol (I know, dumb gaming term)

I just had to laugh at that one...

Like everyone said, using a router with dial-up will eat up your bandwidth when using more than one computer at a time... really defeats the purpose. If you thought dial-up was slow, OMGWTFBBQ that'll be terrible!

Also, if you're using a wireless router, make sure you don't have any cordless phones functioning on the 2.4GHz frequency. They work on the same frequency and will interfere with wireless routers. Make sure you replace your cordless phones (if applicable) with a 5.8GHz. Then you won't have to worry about staticy arse signals.

Yeah, a lot of americans still do. There's shitty infrastucture down there for broadband, so a lot of people can't even get it, where as up here its pretty readily available and reasonably priced.
