Considering how safe VW's are suppose to be, that's not that bad.

Doesnt matter what you do to it.. it will always be a VW. As Foghorn Leghorn was once quoted as saying "I say son.. you can, I say you can son, polish a turd, but in the end.. you just have a shiny turd" ;) LOL

Volkswagons rule i love them and unforunally by next year i'll no longer have the mx anymore she is going to be getting upgraded to a 1999 VW Jetta or Golf ( haven't decided if i want to go back to having a trunk again)

don't get me wrong i love the mx it's just not very practical for me anymore. i orginally got my mx because i couldn't afford gas back and forth to burilington on a 94 ranger wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't have the 4.1L under the hood. but at last i need a car that seats more than just Two (don't care what anyone says the back seats are for emerengcy and show use only !!!!! unless your friends are midgets!!)

compared to the older rabbits, the newer ones are a dissapointments. Rabbits were the s--- back in the day, i had a rabbit cabrio and that was one of the best and one of the funnest vehicles i've owned.
