I have re-searched, got complete different answeres now I am confused

What are the 1/4 mile times for a MX3 with a KLDE or KLZE without a fidiniza flywheel?
A MX3 with exceptional mods?

Isnt it low 14 and mid 14s for a KLZE MX3?

And for a MX3 KLDE? Mid and high 14s?

I had somone tell me its Mid and high 14s for a ZE and High 14s and low 15s for a KLDE...

Yeah I asked this before but after searching again, I keep getting different answeres

Its driving me insane

So how much should it do sea level?
I hear a MX3 with a KLZE should be able to take on a slightly modified or stock GSX Eclipse or a 1988-1998 Mustang GT (from 5.0s to 4.6s)

Is that true?
What about the 99-2004 Mustang GTs? Those cars run low 14s and high 13s

well it MIGHT be able to take on a slightly modded GSX i dunno i had a talon tsi awd (same engine) with a 3'' turbo back and that was faster than any stockish ZE. mustangs gts arent actually fast they usually do 14.5-14.6. as for the 5.0 mustang we'll see as my cuzin just put a 5.0 and swapped to standard yesterday although ill think he will murder me. stock 5.0 usually do anywhere from 14.3-15 as ive seen. at sea level id just knock like a tenth or 2 off the times

1993 Ford Mustang GT (auto) 8.0 16.1
1994 Ford Mustang Cobra 5.4 14.0
1994 Ford Mustang GT 6.1 14.9 (C&D Dec '93)
1995 Ford Mustang 3.8 9.9 17.3
1995 Ford Mustang Cobra R 5.2 13.8
1996 Ford Mustang Cobra 5.4 14.0

They should do about mid to high 14s, more likely high 14s. They are slightly faster than a stock GSX but not a modded one, and since when are 99-04 MGTs mid 14 second cars? They run very low 14s all day and high 13s if you can drive really good. And since when are stock 5.0s low 14 second cars?? What universe do you live in? 5.0s are slow as hell stock.

but, they are very cheap and way easy to mod. And I know, my bro has a 95 Mustang GT
Stock, yes they are slow. They can still compete with GSX Eclipses but THEY ARE SLOW
With a few mods, 3.55s, CAI, U/D Pulleys, 70mm TB, and Elder Block I/M they can become quick.

I'm not going to bench race, but I'd just like to point out that the engine will practically need to come out when you want to put headers on, which are really only 180-200 dollars. Fidanza flywheel, I know is more expensive, but when the engine is out is the time to do any of this stuff that you wanted later. It's just logical, especially if you plan on doing later anyway. Just wait a month or two, get the goods before you throw that engine in. That's just my two cents, and I know alot of people will yell and disagree, but for the record, I raced a Mustang GT from a dig last night and beat him by quite a bit. No it's not on video, no I don't have any time slips. Mods are in the sig.

well illakilla u and i can be rite
2004 Ford Mustang GT 6.3 14.8
1999 Ford Mustang GT 5.5 14.1
mustang 5.0
1987 Ford Mustang GT 6.4 14.4 (Automobile, April 87)
i beleiev its a 5.0? 14.4 is close to low 14's ive seen 5.0 do a low 14 it depends on conditions and driver and year

I guess it all depends on the driver

I remember a while back ago some people here were making a big fuss about someone who supposebly ran 13.8 at the 1/4mile with a KLZE MX3
