1. This is hardly an appearance related question. There are special forums for performance related questions.
2. We don't know what engine you have (I4 or V6), and this is important for us to advise you. It might be a good idea to make a sig in which you let the board members know what your setup is.
3. There is a search function on the forum and there are FAQ's. So there is a lot of information for you to get without having to ask.
