He said that where they drilled the pan there was oil coming out. This is why he wants to drill the uper pan. Yes there are more bolts under the oil pan. they are star pattern bolts. and yes the oil pan bolts hold the seccondary pan on as well. you dont need to tap the seccondary pan for your return, the oil pan is sufficent.
