Mx3 Precidia Check engine Lamp dont light

Hi, I have a 1992 Mx3 Precidia 1.6L automatic transm. 
All good until check engine dont light after contackt is on.
I cant start the engine, no sound no clank.

Any sugestion?

Where can i find service manual or wiring diagram for mx3 Precidia from 1992?

check the fuses - especially "room" fuse
