Allright! Have owned this car for 2 years now and I have made it into a reliable daily driver, so at last I can go into the performance section.

Intake & Exhaust

Finally the exhaust is done, and I must say that the result is really satisfying. Sounds incredible when I go full throttle in a tunnel (sweeet V6), but at the same time it's comfortly quiet when I drive normally.

This is the system I have:
- SS Autochrome headers
- Magnaflow high-flow cat 53005
- Magnaflow rear silencer 14815
- Magnaflow pre-silencer 14415 (thanks Macen)

And I want to say thanks to tatsu for your posts on recommended exhaust systems. Check out the thread here: http://www.mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.ph ... +magnaflow

Engine

Nothing yet, but I have bought the Millenia Intake Manifold and KL36 ECU, so you guys know what I'm aiming for. Want to buy all the bits before I buy the engine, so stay tuned!

Things waiting to get installed:
- SS brake lines and clutch lines (from Mazdaracers GB, thanks yet again!)
- Mazdaspeed Motor Mounts (thanks Sam)
- Center console gauge cluster (thanks Tunes67)

Looking good. What series H&R spring are those? The only H&R we get stateside for the MX3 are in black only.

Bought myself a Momo Corse steering wheel and shifter knob, both in black with red details. I think they look good, not too fancy but giving a more sporty look.

Ah, springtime! After polishing my baby up, it was time for a photosession:

Now for my plans for this spring/summer:
- Change exhaust from headers to tailpipe using the components I've already bought.
- Install SS brake lines

As you see it's taking its time, but she is getting better in a good pace, hehe.

Allright! The exhaust system is up and running, and it has a sweet sweet sound!

Check it out!

I have a soundclip for it as well, but I can't upload it to my photobucket album. Click on this link (a norwegian mazda site) and scroll to the last post to download a .zip file containing the .wav soundclip.
