Isn't there a FAQ on this yet?
Costs about 40 bucks shipped if I remember correctly.
Anway, it is simple.
I. Step 1
1. order some 80A liquid urethane from McMaster Carr. There are harder and softer urthanes for sale from McMaster, but I suggest the 80A. It is stiff enough for sporty/light weekend race use, but not so stiff it will break other parts of the car b/c the mounts will not flex.
2. take your mounts out. (front and rear are the only ones needed)
3. Stuff a plastic bag into one side, pushing the bag into the small parts with the paddle from the urethane can.
4. tape the bottom side that you just stuffed so that if it leaks through the plastic the tape will catch and hold it in.
5. place the mounts on some sort of supports so that they are level. I used paint can lids and some folded paper to level them.
6. PRECISELY mix some urethane (about one third to half the can). If you aren't precise it will not dry. You need a disposable measureing cup of some sort to make sure you mix it right. It is mixed with a ratio so it is pretty easy to figure out.
7. Fill the open side of the two mounts until full. Check it after about 5 minutes to make sure that it didn;t drip out enough to need a bit more. If you wait any longer the left over that you mixed will be goopy and not pour correctly.
8. Wait 12 hours at least.

II. Step 2
9. Take the tape off and pull the plastic bag out. Some of the bag may have gotten stuck, get as much out as you can with needle nose pliers and stuff the little bits back into the mount.
10. Mix more urethane, PRECISELY.
place the mounts open side up and level them again.
11. Pour the urethane in until it reaches the top. This time it should not leak since the previous fill sealed the mount.
12. Let it dry for another 12 hours and then you can reinstall them back into the car.

Notes: if the urethane does not dry you will need to get it ALL out of the mount and start over. I found that it will not completely dry, but will get to a jelly like state if not mixed properly. It is sticky as hell, but you can scrape it out easliy enough. Then maybe drag a rag soaked with paint thinner to get the rest out. You want the urethane to bond with the rubber and if you leave a layer of sticky urethane it will not bond. I eyeballed a small mix after I'd done 3-4 mounts and it was disasterous.
Filling from one side and then the other gives a perfect finish on both sides and looks like the mount was made that way. Don't touch the urethane while it is drying or you'll leave permenant finger prints on them.

Admins, you guys wanna FAQ this if there is not one already. I can add some pics if need be. Just let me know and I'll forward the pics to someone to add. I don't want to use my site to host the pics because I constantly change it and thus the pics wouldn't last long.
